Surge Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Workforce Manager in Statesboro, GA to support a major client. This role emphasizes pairing temporary staff with client needs, delivering high-quality service, and developing strong business relationships.

The ideal candidate reads, writes and speaks English and Spanish or Creole, leads a team of Workforce Staffing Specialists, and applies quality standards to ensure accurate, timely placements and productive partnerships.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak in both English and Spanish or Creole.
• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience in a branch or manager role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain detailed assignment information from the customer to provide effective service and ensure quality placements.
• Implement and manage quality standards, including the Performance Selection System (PSS).
• Supervise Workforce Staffing Specialists and coordinate client development activities.
• Present e-solutions, HR services, payroll, and training offerings to the client.
• Monitor profitability and reconcile invoices; maintain client and employee records.
• Conduct regular client meetings to maintain strong communication.
• Coordinate and schedule pre-assignment orientation for temporaries.
