The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and hands-on onboarding, attendance monitoring, and replacements to keep production running smoothly. You will recruit and place candidates, maintain an active pipeline, and work closely with client supervisors to meet staffing goals.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of recruiting, staffing, workforce coordination, or onsite employee management experience.
• Experience managing a workforce of 50+ employees is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong reading, speaking, and written communication.

Responsibilities

** Position Overview**

We are seeking an experienced, bilingual Onsite Recruiter to join our team and support a leading commercial laundry facility in Clearwater, Florida.

This is a hands-on recruiting and workforce management position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. You will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding employees, monitoring daily attendance, coordinating same-day replacements, maintaining strong relationships with client supervisors, and ensuring staffing needs are consistently met.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, comfortable managing a workforce of 50+ employees, and able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. This role offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact on client operations while earning additional income through uncapped commissions.

** Key Responsibilities**

** Onsite Workforce Management**

• Conduct new-hire onboarding and safety orientations to ensure employees understand workplace expectations and procedures.
• Monitor and report daily attendance, tardiness, and call-outs.
• Coordinate same-day replacements to minimize staffing shortages and disruptions to production.
• Maintain an accurate, up-to-date roster of active employees and staffing assignments.
• Conduct regular check-ins with department supervisors to identify staffing needs, address concerns, and maintain service levels.
• Coach employees on attendance, proper personal protective equipment (PPE) usage, workplace expectations, and production standards.
• Address employee and client concerns promptly, professionally, and effectively.

** Recruiting and Talent Acquisition**

• Source, recruit, screen, and evaluate candidates for available positions.
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future staffing demands.
• Conduct candidate interviews, assess qualifications, and coordinate placements.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruiting and placement process.
• Prepare candidate profiles and résumés for client review, as needed.
• Identify and resolve recruiting challenges quickly to ensure positions are filled efficiently.

** Client Relationship Management**

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with client supervisors and management.
• Communicate staffing updates, attendance concerns, and workforce changes clearly and consistently.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency, employee retention, and overall client satisfaction.
• Deliver responsive, consultative service while helping the client maintain consistent production and operational performance.

** Compensation and Benefits**

• Base salary: $50,000–$60,000 annually, depending on experience.
• Uncapped commissions: Earn additional compensation based on recruited candidates and applicable commission structure.

** Qualifications**

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in recruiting, staffing, workforce coordination, or onsite employee management.
• Previous experience managing or overseeing a workforce of 50 or more employees is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to read, speak, and communicate effectively in both languages.
• Experience sourcing candidates through direct outreach, networking, passive candidate searches, job boards, and other recruiting channels.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to the Clearwater worksite daily.
• Dependable and punctual, with the ability to consistently report to work at 4:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday.
