Job summary

First Team Staffing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Onsite Recruiter in Clearwater, FL to manage recruiting and day-to-day workforce coordination for a major client.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and hands-on onboarding, attendance monitoring, and replacements to keep production running smoothly. You will recruit and place candidates, maintain an active pipeline, and work closely with client supervisors to meet staffing goals.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of recruiting, staffing, workforce coordination, or onsite employee management experience.
• Experience managing a workforce of 50+ employees is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong reading, speaking, and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Onsite workforce management including onboarding, attendance tracking, and coordinating same-day replacements.
• Recruit, screen, and place candidates; maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Maintain relationships with client supervisors and provide staffing updates.
• Oversee compensation and benefits basics and assist onboarding processes.
• Ensure staffing needs are met and service levels remain high.
