Job summary

First Team Staffing is seeking a motivated team member to join our Tampa, FL office as a full-time recruiter support specialist. You will handle 100+ outbound calls daily, interview candidates, and pitch jobs to clients both over the phone and in person.

The role requires reading and writing in Spanish, a valid driver’s license, and a reliable, upbeat attitude. Work hours are Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm, with benefits including health and dental insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering customer service and resolving issues.
• Entry level phone and computer skills required.
• Must be able to read and write in Spanish.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable, professional, upbeat and motivated attitude.

Schedule:

• Monday thru Friday

Hours:

• Availability to work between 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Outbound calls, outbound calls, outbound calls - 100+ calls per day
• Interviewing candidates
• Pitching jobs over the phone & in person
• Counseling employees on attendance, punctuality, hygiene, policy violations, etc.
• Building/maintaining relationships with companies/supervisors

Requirements:

• Experience providing optimal customer service / resolving issues
• Entry level phone/computer experience required
• Able to read and write in Spanish
• Valid driver's license
• Must be reliable, professional, upbeat, and motivated!
