Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Anticipate staffing requirements and develop value-added services for client needs.
• Coordinate recruitment, screening, interviewing, and hiring for assignments.
• Maintain timekeeping, payroll, and invoicing accuracy.
• Provide reports on productivity, headcount, attendance, and more.
• Manage on-site employee relations including coaching and reviews.
• Conduct on-site orientation and safety training.
• Handle workers' compensation reporting and incidents.
