Job summary

Arvato is a leading global 3PL provider offering onboarding coordination for new hires across multiple locations. The Onboarding Coordinator will manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensure compliance, and serve as the primary contact for new employees and internal partners.

You will verify documentation, oversee background checks, and support orientation, badge creation, and equipment requests to ensure a smooth first day and successful integration into the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR, onboarding, recruiting coordination, or related admin support.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as UKG.
• Associate’s degree in HR, business admin, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires from offer to integration.
• Serve as primary point of contact for new hires and internal stakeholders.
• Verify onboarding requirements and complete I-9s and eligibility docs.
• Maintain onboarding trackers and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and schedule first-day activities.
• Support temp-to-hire conversions and documentation.
• Communicate start dates, schedules, and reporting instructions.
• Create a welcoming onboarding experience reflecting company culture.
