The Onboarding Coordinator will drive a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, coordinating orientation, pre-employment steps, and system access while partnering with HR, Recruiting, Operations, Security, IT, and hiring managers to ensure readiness from day one.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and a welcoming culture that reflects Arvato’s values.

Formación

• 2+ years in human resources, onboarding, or administrative support.
• Experience coordinating onboarding for new hires and orientation sessions.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and background check processes.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires from offer to day one.
• Serve as primary contact for new employees and stakeholders.
• Verify completion of onboarding documentation and eligibility requirements.
• Manage background screening initiation and escalation of discrepancies.
• Maintain onboarding trackers and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate new hire orientation sessions and document completion.
• Support temp-to-hire conversion process and related administrative tasks.
• Communicate start dates, schedules, and first-day expectations.
• Create a welcoming onboarding experience aligned with company culture.
