Job summary

Arvato is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new hires from offer to integration. You’ll coordinate orientation, pre-employment requirements, I-9 documentation, background checks, badge creation, and equipment requests in collaboration with HR, Recruiting, Operations, Security and IT.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in HR, onboarding, recruiting coordination, employee services, or administrative support.
• Experience with UKG or other HRIS platforms and onboarding systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities for newly hired employees.
• Serve as the primary contact for new hires before and during onboarding.
• Verify completion of onboarding requirements (I-9, background checks, etc.).
• Maintain onboarding trackers and reports for compliance with company standards.
• Facilitate new hire orientation sessions.
• Own the temp-to-hire conversion process.
• Communicate start dates, orientation schedules, and first-day expectations.
• Create a welcoming onboarding experience reflecting company culture and values.
