Block is seeking a Global Seller Onboarding Specialist to drive onboarding for US merchants, guiding discovery, scoping, activation, and onboarding workflow. You will project-manage onboarding and ensure sellers are educated, set up, and trained to maximize Square's platform value.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product to accelerate cycle times, document feature requests, and support international expansion.

Formación

• It is required to hold a BA/BS degree and have 4+ years in a customer-facing role in software implementation, support, sales/account management or customer success.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives with strong time management and communication skills.
• Experience in the POS, Payments or Tech industries is a plus.
• Must be located in PST/MST time zone and bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Drive onboarding and implementation experiences for sellers, ensuring go-live timelines and accelerating deal velocity.
• Cultivate cross-functional relationships with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product.
• Anticipate obstacles and develop scalable onboarding strategies with clear stakeholder communication.
• Master Square’s platform and stay informed on new features to support sellers.
• Lead multi-merchant projects with competing priorities and ensure timely delivery.
• Create and maintain training materials for internal teams and partners.
• Execute accurate data entry and migration tasks for select sellers.
