WinnCompanies is hiring an Occupancy Specialist I for Gonzalez Park and Marmolejo Apartments in El Paso, TX. You will support the Property Manager with tenant recertifications, interviews, and documentation, ensuring accuracy in the property management software.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish abilities, strong customer service, and detail-oriented administration. Full-time schedule with typical weekday hours and potential weekend coverage, at an hourly rate of $13.00–$14.00.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is required for communication with residents.
• Experience with office software and documentation processes is preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines are essential.
• Experience with property management software such as Yardi or RealPage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process initial, interim, and annual recertifications.
• Notify residents of recertifications and conduct interviews.
• Complete forms and worksheets for HUD/state agencies.
• Maintain accurate files in the property management system.
• Assist with move-in processes and occupancy-related tasks.
• Support regulatory and owner reviews and respond to audits.
