WinnCompanies is seeking an Occupancy Specialist II for Dunwell Plaza and The Caroline in New York, NY. You will assist the Property Manager with initial, interim, and annual tenant recertifications across multi-layered affordable programs.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, bilingual ability (English and Spanish or Mandarin), and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with pay ranges $26.45–$29.80 per hour.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or Mandarin.
• Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow schedules.
• Ability to plan and schedule 4 months of work activity.

Mansioni

• Process initial, interim, and annual recertifications.
• Notify residents of impending recertifications.
• Conduct recertification interviews with residents.
• Review recertifications for completeness.
• Send forms to agencies and relevant organizations.
• Prepare the voucher forms (Form 50059) for HUD/state/local authorities.
• Assist with property reviews and compliance filings.
• Ensure accurate data entry in Property Management Software.
• Maintain resident files per funding/regulatory agency rules.
• Assist with move-in processes and waitlist management.
• Engage in marketing activities to increase prospect activity.
• Perform special assignments as needed.
