The role requires 12 months of leasing experience, English/Spanish fluency, and knowledge of Fair Housing laws, with Yardi or OneSite experience. Weekend availability, strong communication, and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 12 months of apartment leasing experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Experience with Yardi, OneSite, or similar leasing software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to tour the property, including stairs and outdoor areas.
• Weekend availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and communicate features and benefits.
• Guide prospective residents through the application and leasing process.
• Process lease agreements, renewals, and move-in documents.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Accurately handle deposits and rent payments.
• Maintain records and assist with leasing reports.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
