Essential Staffing Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Apartment Leasing Professional to support diverse communities in Arlington, TX. The ideal candidate speaks English and Spanish, delivers outstanding service, and builds positive resident relationships.

Responsibilities include tours, guiding applicants, processing leases, and handling deposits with accuracy. Proficiency in leasing software and knowledge of Fair Housing laws are preferred. Weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to tour the property, including stairs and outdoor areas.
• Weekend availability required.
• Experience in apartment leasing or property management preferred.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and communicate features and benefits to prospective residents.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process and complete applications.
• Process lease agreements, renewals, and move-in paperwork.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person promptly.
• Handle deposits and rent payments accurately.
• Maintain leasing records and assist with reports.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
