The Lennox Apartments in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Agent to oversee the apartment community. The role focuses on tours, lead generation, and leasing decisions to maximize occupancy while delivering excellent resident service.

Candidates should have strong customer service, familiarity with property management software (OneSite / Knock), and be comfortable communicating in English and Spanish. Weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Experience with OneSite or Knock property management software.
• Weekend availability including Saturday and Sunday with Tue-Thu as days off.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours to prospective residents.
• Promote via promotional items and technology to generate revenue.
• Build relationships with prospects to finalize leases or renewals.
• Generate leads by follow-up on phone and email.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and stay informed on market.
