Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Real estate license preferred.
• 3+ years of property management experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the community, including maintenance, budgeting, leasing and marketing.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects to increase renewals and revenue.
• Manage on-site team and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
