Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Manager, Multifamily (Bilingual) to oversee a community, drive leasing and operations, and mentor a on-site team to deliver market-ready performance.

The role requires 3+ years of property management and management experience, a Bachelor's degree preferred and Real Estate license preferred. It emphasizes customer service, budgeting, marketing, and policy compliance on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Real Estate License preferred.
• 3+ years of Property Management experience.
• 3+ years of Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, audits.
• Providing superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction, increase renewals, revenue, reputation and profitability.
• Track and evaluate advertising, and all client traffic.
• Developing, mentoring, leading, and managing a high-performing team, including leasing, customer service, maintenance, and management personnel.
• Driving revenues with understanding of competition and development of creative marketing programs.
• Leading by example and modeling Cushman & Wakefield’s mission to be the best national management company.
• Supervise day-to-day operations of the on-site team, ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
• Maintain on-site staff through interviewing, hiring, and coaching.
