Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Leasing Manager, Multifamily to lead onsite leasing operations for a residential community in the Denver area. You will oversee leasing staff, ensure accurate paperwork, and drive marketing efforts to attract residents.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and real estate licensing as required by state regulations. Expect collaboration with the Property Manager and regular reporting on leasing activity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years related experience in leasing or property management
• 1+ years of management experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Complete lease/renewal paperwork to company standards
• Explain lease information to residents
• Enter data into tracking system to track leasing activities
• Walk units prior to showing and occupancy
• Submit leasing reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
• Track advertising and client traffic
• Ensure online advertising is updated daily
• Train and develop leasing staff
• Prepare marketing plans and leasing strategies with the Property Manager
• Maintain professional communication with residents and applicants
• Report property issues and leasing obstacles with recommendations
• Set goals and improve staff performance
• Develop and monitor leasing incentives and contests
• Maintain resident and office files with documentation
• Ensure MTM lease compliance and insurance compliance
• Monitor revenue management system and participate in calls
