The role requires at least 3 years in property/management with a real estate license preferred. You will mentor staff, coordinate budgets, and drive occupancy while maintaining Cushman & Wakefield’s standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Real Estate License preferred.
• 3+ years of Property Management experience.
• 3+ years of Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the community in a fast-paced environment.
• Oversee maintenance, leasing, budgeting and reporting.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
• Lead and mentor on-site teams to maximize engagement and minimize turnover.
• Drive revenue through competitive market analysis and creative marketing.
