Job summary

Leidos is seeking a full-time Bilingual Mortgage Origination Professional at the FHA Resource Center in Albuquerque, NM. You will use your mortgage background to assist callers and clients with FHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of mortgage origination experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of contact center or telephone customer service experience.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via calls and emails on FHA guidelines.
• Locate answers in a knowledge database to acknowledge client requests.
• Follow standard operating procedures for topics, systems, and channels.
• Document all contacts in a database.
• Stay up to date on FHA mortgage processes and procedures.
