CrossCountry Mortgage is seeking a Bilingual Operations Manager to oversee loan processing from application to close. The role partners with internal teams and clients to verify employment, review funding packages, and assist in closing documentation.

Responsibilities include managing the pipeline, ensuring data integrity in origination systems, and coordinating with underwriters and post-closers. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in mortgage operations and is fluent in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years mortgage or lending experience as Underwriter, Processor or Originator.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and regulatory rules in mortgage.
• Ellie Mae Encompass experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loan process from application to close.
• Coordinate verification of employment and other verifications.
• Review loan packages for accuracy and funding authority.
• Liaise with Loan Officer Assistant to obtain signatures and documents.
• Provide regular updates on branch pipeline status and reporting.
