Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC, located on-site in Rockville, MD, is seeking a Bilingual Operations Manager to oversee the loan process from application to close. The role partners with internal teams and external clients to qualify and process loan files, ensuring accurate data and timely approvals.

You will verify employment, review funding packages, and assist with closing documentation, while coordinating with the Loan Officer Assistant and other staff on orders and services.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English to communicate with internal and external customers.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ mortgage or lending experience as Underwriter, Processor, or Originator.
• Operations management experience preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Office; Ellie Mae Encompass experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loan process from initial application to close.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external clients in processing loans.
• Verify employment, review funding packages, and assist with closing documentation.
• Assist with various loan assignments and special projects as needed.
• Provide Branch Manager with regular updates and reports on pipeline status.
• Collaborate with processors, underwriters, closers, and post-closers to ensure timely processing.
