Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Customer Service Specialist I to join our team on a hybrid schedule. You will handle a high volume of inbound calls and third-party inquiries about existing mortgage loans, delivering accurate information in line with policies and regulations.

This entry-level role focuses on resolving common questions, guiding borrowers, and escalating complex issues as needed. The position offers a base pay of $22.00 per hour, plus a monthly bonus, with bilingual

Competenze

• Fully bilingual English/Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service/call center experience preferred, but not required.
• Banking, Mortgage/Loan Servicing industry experience preferred, but not required.

• Answer inbound calls from borrowers and third parties about mortgage loans.
• Provide accurate, timely information and strive for first-call resolution.
• Refer complex calls to qualified team members.
• Document call details in the mortgage servicing system.
