Job summary

T-Mobile is looking for a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by helping customers with devices and service needs in a fast-paced store setting. You will use digital tools to show network coverage and benefits, build relationships, complete training, and contribute to a seamless customer experience.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and sales skills, with a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of retail/customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions.

• Assist with other duties/projects as assigned by management.
