Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by assisting customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced store environment.

You will build product knowledge, demonstrate features, and guide customers through their shopping journey while delivering exceptional service and contributing to team goals. The role offers training, competitive hourly base pay of $18 plus $5 training pay, with an annual incentive program and stock grants available to all

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment. (Preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
