Comcast in Miami is seeking a Mobile Activation Specialist to support the store team and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will activate devices, assist with BYOD, and guide tablet setup and wearable pairing while maintaining clean, organized spaces and smooth processes.

You will troubleshoot escalations, assist with account security, returns, warranty claims, and upsell accessories to drive incremental revenue.

Competenze

• High School Diploma / GED.
• 0-2 Years of relevant work experience.

• Provide a white-glove experience activating new devices.
• Guide customers through tablet setup and connectivity options.
• Support activation and pairing of wearable devices.
• Educate customers on accessories and add-ons to drive revenue.
