Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Activate new devices or BYOD with a white-glove experience.
• Educate customers on accessories and add-ons.
• Troubleshoot device or service issues and assist with escalations.
• Assist with activations, SIM/eSIM, and device setup.
• Process returns/exchanges per policy and assist with warranty claims.
• Support on-demand deliveries and upsell accessories.
