Evergreen Treatment Services seeks a Milieu Coordinator for the REACH Integrated Care team in Seattle’s Belltown area. The role focuses on welcoming clients, connecting them with resources, and maintaining a therapeutic milieu from a harm-reduction perspective.

The bilingual English/Spanish position requires strong de-escalation and interpersonal skills. You will collaborate across teams to support clients and coordinate services while preserving confidentiality and safety.

Formación

• Fluent bilingual English/Spanish preferred; able to communicate with diverse clients.
• Experience in social services or outreach programs required or desirable.
• Strong de-escalation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; uphold confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome clients to the REACH Milieu space and connect them with needed services.
• Foster a safe, therapeutic environment using harm-reduction approaches.
• Develop rapport with clients and guide them through resources.
• Monitor client flow and maintain safety and adherence to rules in the milieu.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and daily operations at the Belltown location.
• Support large client events and coordinate with the REACH team.
