Evergreen Treatment Services in Seattle's Belltown neighborhood seeks a Milieu Coordinator for the REACH program. This bilingual (English/Spanish) role focuses on welcoming clients, connecting them with resources, and maintaining a safe, therapeutic milieu through harm-reduction approaches.

The position emphasizes motivational interviewing, de-escalation, trauma-informed care, and collaboration with ETS staff to support individuals experiencing homelessness and behavioral health challenges.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree is desirable.
• Minimum of two years of experience in social work or outreach programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients into the REACH Milieu space and connect them with needed services.
• Provide patient-centered services from a harm reduction perspective using motivational interviewing.
• Develop rapport and trusting relationships with clients; orient new clients to spaces and facilitate flow.
• Monitor client activities and safety; submit incident reports when appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with regulatory requirements (42 CFR part II and HIPAA).
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and basic supply management at the Belltown location.
