Evergreen Treatment Services in Seattle (Belltown) seeks a Milieu Coordinator for the REACH Integrated Care team. You will welcome clients into the Milieu space, connecting them with the services they seek, and provide patient-centered, harm-reduction care using motivational interviewing and trauma-informed approaches.

The role emphasizes collaboration with staff, maintaining safety, and de-escalating conflicts while supporting resource access and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Undergraduate degree desirable.
• Academic training in social service desirable.
• Minimum two years of experience in related work.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients into the REACH Milieu space and connecting them with needed services.
• Provide milieu services for Spanish-speaking clients on the REACH Hospitality & Engagement team.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment using harm-reduction approaches and de-escalation techniques.
• Develop rapport with clients, monitor activity, and support client flow and safety.
