Qualifications

• Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Six months to two years of related experience required.
• Credit Union or financial institution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls to the Credit Union’s Communications Center.
• Provide timely and exceptional service to members.
• Authenticate account owners while maintaining confidentiality.
• Assist members with inquiries about accounts.
• Build relationships and establish trust with members.
• Respond to Online Banking messages and general email inquiries.
• Perform clerical tasks and prepare mail delivery items.
