Qualifications

• Must pass the Foreign Language Incentive Program assessment within 90 days of completing training.

Responsibilities

• Resolve member and non-member inquiries efficiently in a professional contact center.
• Process financial transactions, account inquiries, and maintenance accurately.
• Identify member needs and connect them with Credit Human products and services.
• Communicate clearly in English and Spanish to explain options and next steps.
• Follow policies, procedures, BSA requirements, and other applicable regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures to provide reliable guidance.
• Achieve service, referral, training, and team goals for department growth.
