No prior financial services experience is required as we provide comprehensive training in the credit cycle, financial education, and responsible credit history management. Ideal candidates are bilingual English/Spanish, comfortable with targets and high call volume, with strong communication and a desire to grow

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collections Management: reach out daily via calls and messages to negotiate payment agreements.
• Campaigns and Prospecting: renewals, leads, and appointment scheduling with clients.
• Customer Service: active listening to identify needs and provide effective solutions.
• Administration and Operations: support log control, office organization, and general tasks.
