Job summary

Latino Community Credit Union in Raleigh, NC seeks a Contact Center Representative II to deliver quality member service via phone and electronic channels, assist with account information and changes, and promote products based on member needs.

You will handle opening new memberships, transactions, and support across channels, maintain up-to-date product knowledge, and participate in compliance and training as required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 6 months in customer service or call center experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service via phone and electronic channels.
• Assist members with account information and changes.
• Promote products based on member needs.
• Learn and apply LCCU service model concepts consistently.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services and complete administrative tasks.
