Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to count cash and handle transactions accurately.
• Strong interpersonal and sales-oriented skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members with deposits, withdrawals, and inquiries.
• Open new memberships and accounts; update member information as needed.
• Process transactions, transfers, and related banking activities; assist with ITIN where applicable.
• Educate members on deposit products and loans; promote credit union services.
• Maintain records and comply with policies; participate in community events.
