Qualifications

• Overnight position; background check required within first week of hire.
• Exceptional customer service; positive, professional interaction with members and staff.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older; high school diploma or GED required.
• Be upbeat, professional, punctual and reliable.
• CPR/AED certification must be obtained within company-required time frames.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with exceptional service and make them feel welcome.
• Answer phones and assist callers with inquiries.
• Check members in, sign up new members, log amenities and communicate updates to members.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases via POS system; assist with membership cards and billing questions.
