Job summary

Planet Fitness Twin Falls is seeking a Member Services Representative for a full-time day shift. You will be the first contact for members and guests, delivering a high level of service, processing sign-ups and payments, and maintaining a clean, friendly Judgement Free Zone.

This on-site role requires CPR/AED and tanning certifications, a background check, and a positive, professional attitude. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Requires working on-site and providing exceptional customer service.
• CPR/AED certification must be obtained and maintained.
• Tanning certification must be obtained within required timeframes.
• Background check including National Sex Offender Registry search required for Day and Evening MSRs.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests professionally.
• Assist with tours, sign-ups, and membership questions.
• Handle account inquiries, changes, and billing questions.
• Maintain clean, safe club environment and follow opening/closing procedures.
