Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and provide outstanding customer service.
• Check in and sign up new members; assist with sign-ups and updates.
• Answer phones and assist callers with inquiries in a friendly manner.
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and assist with general club upkeep.
• Operate POS for merchandise and services and handle memberships.
