GreenState Credit Union is seeking a driven MSR to welcome members, provide personalized service, and identify opportunities for additional products and services. You will balance a cash drawer, perform basic lending awareness, and work with a cooperative, team-focused culture.

In this hourly role, you’ll engage members, conduct outbound calls, and maintain accuracy and confidentiality while contributing to community-focused goals and a bilingual pay program for qualified applicants.

Formación

• At least 1 year of MSR or related experience; knowledge of credit union accounts and products.
• High energy and strong sales ability with professional demeanor.
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient with computer applications, spreadsheets, word processing, and databases.
• Demonstrated relationship-building skills and self-motivation.
• Must be bondable and registered under the S.A.F.E Act.

• Makes weekly outbound sales calls to members.
• Balances cash drawer daily and understands cash handling procedures.
• Builds member relationships by matching GreenState products to needs.
• Participates in promotions and department activities to meet goals.
