Job summary

GreenState Credit Union in Ankeny, IA, is seeking a member-focused MSR. This role emphasizes accurate service, relationship-building, and identifying banking needs. You will perform member transactions, balance cash drawers, and promote GreenState products while maintaining confidentiality and teamwork.

The position operates Monday–Friday with some Saturdays, offering hourly pay in the $21.46–$25.08 range plus monthly incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

One year of similar or MSR experience preferred.
High energy with sales ability and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency with related computer applications and spreadsheets.
Proven relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Balance a cash drawer daily and follow cash handling policies.
Greet members warmly and provide professional service.
Profile members to uncover opportunities for additional business.
Refer customers to Wealth Management, Commercial, Mortgage, or Insurance as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of member information and accounts.
Work as part of a team to achieve department goals.
