Job summary

You will travel between designated store locations and participate in community events, with a focus on building relationships and growing member engagement.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Must be available to work weekends and have a rotating schedule based on store needs.
• Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance required to support store operations.
• Willing and able to work outdoors year-round to identify new sales opportunities and promote products.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Seamlessly process all transactions while following policies and protecting member information.
• Work as a team or independently to exceed daily goals in lending and servicing activities.
• Outreach: inform and educate potential members about Oportun’s services at locations and events, build relationships with local businesses, and participate in community activities.
