Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of work experience with at least 1 year in sales.
• Background in insurance, retail, hospitality, service industries, or call centers valued.

Responsibilities

• Handle Member Services and product sales; know AAA products and services.
• Meet individual sales goals and apply consultative selling techniques.
• Promote AAA products to achieve branch goals and adapt solutions per branch needs.
• Maintain high customer service standards across multiple branches.
