Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group in San Rafael is seeking a proactive Member Experience Associate. This full-time onsite role delivers outstanding member service while driving product sales and meeting individual targets across multiple branch locations.

You will learn and apply knowledge of AAA products, maintain fiduciary and operational standards, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus, with scheduling that includes Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in a sales role.
• Sales experience is required.
• Backgrounds in insurance, retail, hospitality, service industries, or call centers valued.
• Drive for results and meeting deliverables on time.
• Effective communication and teamwork are essential.
• Must be adaptable, able to travel, and cover shifts at multiple locations.
• P&C licensing may be required depending on branch needs.

Responsibilities

• Performs fundamental customer interactions including Member Services and product sales; must be knowledgeable and proficient with AAA products and services and adhere to branch operations in accordance with standard operating procedures and compliance.
• Meets individual sales goals using consultative techniques to uncover needs, present solutions, and close opportunities.
• Promotes AAA products and services to Members to achieve personal and branch targets.
• Assists in understanding and anticipating member needs and adapts solutions to each branch environment.
