Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in sales, service, or financial services.
• Sales and service experience in a financial institution is preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and financial tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Respond to a wide range of service requests including balance inquiries, transfers, and payments.
• Resolve member inquiries promptly using first call resolution and CRM workflows.
• Assist members and potential members through applications and onboarding.
• Provide consultative product recommendations to improve members’ financial well-being.
• Document all interactions in the CRM and maintain compliance with regulations.
• Support bilingual member assistance in English and Spanish.
