• Use a consultative sales approach to recommend products and services that meet member needs.
• Educate members on digital tools (online banking, mobile apps) and provide proactive outreach to enhance satisfaction.
• Execute a wide range of member transactions and account servicing with precision and care.
• Handle escalations with sound judgment and timely follow-up to ensure member satisfaction.
