The role blends teller-like duties with member services, requiring Spanish fluency, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work extended hours, weekends, or evenings as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Two years customer service experience required.
• Must read and speak Spanish fluently.
• One year previous financial services experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and meet/s exceed sales goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and perform routine calculations.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and use a computer for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on all Credit Union services and cross-sell products meeting members' needs.
• Direct branch traffic to maintain a member-focused sales and service culture.
• Support the Branch Manager in maintaining efficient branch operations and service standards.
• Deliver exceptional member service and understand members' financial needs to offer suitable solutions.
