Job summary

Community Health Group is seeking a Full Time Member Services representative at our Corporate Headquarters in Chula Vista, CA. The role focuses on delivering courteous, knowledgeable telephonic support to members and providers, addressing benefits, claims, enrollment, and plan details.

Ideal candidates have a 4 year degree, at least two years in member services, and the ability to work with diverse populations. Fluency in English plus Spanish, Vietnamese, or Arabic is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years of Member Services experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Medi-Cal and health plan terminology is a plus.
• Bilingual ability (English + Spanish, English + Vietnamese, or English + Arabic) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exemplary member service handling inquiries about benefits, coverage, claims and enrollment.
• Communicate clearly with members and providers while interpreting complex health plan information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure comprehensive member support.
• Protect member data and maintain confidentiality in all interactions.
• Identify opportunities to improve member engagement and satisfaction.
