The position is 60% field-based and 40% clinic-based, requiring bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong outreach skills, and the ability to collaborate with outreach leaders to execute targeted strategies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Sales or Healthcare environments.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proven ability to cold call and manage digital lead channels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional phone presence.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; 60% field-based.
• Willingness to work weekends for community events.
• U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality leads through community events and local outreach.
• Convert leads via cold calls, digital channels, and referrals.
• Engage prospects by email, phone, and in-person networking to build a sales pipeline.
• Stay updated on services, marketing initiatives and team workstreams.
• Collaborate with CRMs and Outreach leadership on lead strategies.
