Job summary

Healthfirst is seeking a Relationship Coordinator to educate and enroll seniors in Medicare Advantage plans and long-term care programs. This role handles inbound/outbound calls, documents in Salesforce, and coordinates appointments with SHP and CompleteCare teams to advance enrollment.

You will work in a paperless call center environment, use MS Office and VPN tools, and meet daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment quotas.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish for customer interactions.
• Experience in member/customer service in healthcare or related field.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends during open enrollment.
• Capable of remote work with reliable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and educate about Healthfirst products.
• Document interactions in Salesforce and coordinate appointments for SHP and CompleteCare teams.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment goals and assist with LTC/MLTC processes.
• Assist with enrollment rejections and schedule tele-video conferences as needed.
