CareHarmony, Inc. is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to educate and enroll patients in a Medicare-sponsored care coordination program. This fully remote, full-time role involves outbound calls, tailoring messages to patient needs, and driving enrollment from a dedicated patient pool.

You will work 8 am - 5:30 pm CST, be part of a high-volume sales environment, and have opportunities for advancement as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher.
• Strong people skills and adaptability in a high-volume sales space.
• Ability to educate patients on care programs and persuade enrollment.
• Comfortable with outbound calls and scheduling.
• Proficient data entry and multi-tasking.

Responsabilités

• Educate and enroll patients in the Medicare-sponsored care coordination program.
• Establish rapport with patients and tailor messaging to demographics and health concerns.
• Educate patients on program benefits and encourage enrollment.
• Maintain high call volume and meet performance metrics.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and team.
