Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Strong customer service, phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Accurate data entry and comfortable working on a computer all day.
• Experience at front desk, medical office, scheduling, or insurance verification preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment while remaining professional.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in a professional and compassionate manner.
• Register and update patient information in the system.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient forms and recalls.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect payments including co-pays.
• Assist with patient portal enrollment and document scanning.
• Answer phones and support the front desk team.
